Rigging is a crucial aspect of many different jobs, involving a variety of preparation work. It’s a matter of getting everything in place in a way to ensure worksite safety throughout the duration of the project.

A rigger assesses the functionality, ease of use, safety, and efficiency of the rigging gear.

Once the rigging gear is in place and safely secured to the load, the rigger can then operate the machinery and navigate the load to its intended destination. It is a highly specialised and essential skill requiring both technical knowledge and practical application. By using rigging gear, objects which would have otherwise been impossible to move can be transported with ease, making it an invaluable tool in various industries.
Regular repair and maintenance of equipment may also be necessary. With safety as a top priority, a rigger’s role is crucial in ensuring the successful completion of lifting jobs.
